A whole-house repipe replaces the water supply piping included in your written scope. A partial repipe focuses on a selected bathroom, kitchen, branch line, or other affected area.

The estimate will identify which fixtures and lines are included, the proposed pipe material, and any included shutoff valves or connections. Drain and sewer piping, fixture replacement, and water heater replacement are separate work unless specifically included.

Jesse will review access through your crawlspace, attic, walls, or other areas before planning the work. Water service will need to be shut off during portions of the project, and some wall or ceiling openings may be necessary.

Your estimate will explain the planned connections, testing, permit and inspection requirements as applicable, and any included restoration. Drywall, paint, tile, cabinetry, or other finish repairs should be confirmed in the written scope. Timing depends on your home’s size, layout, access, and piping condition.
